Governing documents*

Governing documents must be provided to tenant(s) by the homeowner. Each unit owner who rents or leases a unit shall provide that tenant with a copy of the CC&Rs, Bylaws, and Use Restrictions and Rules which can be found on the governance page. A failure to provide the documents to the tenant shall not excuse the owner or the tenant from their duties under the governing documents.

Amenity fobs*

The homeowner must return both amenity fobs assigned to their address to the Community Life office before the lease begins. Once the new tenants have registered for the Resident Hub and submitted an amenity access request, we will reconfigure the fobs and contact tenant to schedule pick-up.
