Know the rules for rentals
Lease request
Uplands South Hill is primarily an owner-occupied community. Per USHCA Rules and Regulations, no more than 15% of homes may be leased at any time, and all leases must be a minimum of 12 months. Homeowners are required to reside in the community for at least 12 months before leasing their home.
Prior to renting, homeowners must submit a lease request and receive written approval from the association.
Register a tenant
Each time a new lease is signed, the homeowner or property management company must submit the new tenant registration form to alert the association. Once submitted, the tenant will receive an email invitation to register for the resident website.
